This test helps you discover 30 genetic traits related to your personality, mood, behavior, and character. We use a five-factor model (the "Big Five" - openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism) to analyze the genetic components of your personality. The test looks at personality (warrior vs. worrier, openness to experience, extraversion, introversion, conscientiousness, neuroticism, anxiety, agreeableness), mind-body connection (satiety, sleep quality and duration, pain threshold, motivation to exercise), information processing (social communication, educational attainment, memory, attention span), mood (seasonality, mood swings, anger, happiness), addiction and dependence (opiate, nicotine, cannabis, alcohol), and behavior (tendency to overeat, stress response, risk-taking, impulsiveness). Advanced genetic technology allows us to look at genes that play a strong role in different parts of your personality. Behavioral genetics research supports that many behaviors and traits have a foundation in your genes; understanding this can help you see how your DNA contributes to who you are and how you think and act.
