DNA Test Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and sterilized nature of our DNA testing kits and services, all purchases related to DNA testing are final.

We do not ship to New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Maryland.

Orders to those addresses are ineligible for shipping and will not be fulfilled.

No Returns or Refunds

Once a testing kit has been prepared, processed, or shipped, returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Kits that have been shipped or delivered
  • Kits that have been opened or unopened
  • Kits that have been unused
  • Kits that have not been returned to the laboratory

For safety, compliance, and quality-control reasons, all mailed DNA kits are considered non-returnable.

Unused or Unsubmitted Samples

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Kits that are never used
  • Samples that are never collected
  • Samples that are never mailed to the laboratory
  • Samples that expire before submission

It is the client's responsibility to complete and return their sample within the required timeframe.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling fees for test kits are non-refundable, including in cases of unused kits, delayed submissions, or client-initiated cancellations.

Test Results

Refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with, disagreement with, or unexpected test results. Test outcomes are based on scientific analysis and cannot be altered.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of:

  • Damaged kits upon arrival
  • Verified laboratory processing errors
  • Shipping errors caused by our fulfillment team

Any such issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Agreement to Policy

By purchasing any laboratory testing product or service, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Return Policy.
